Tossed Salad ๐ฅ
Here is the recipe ๐
# Ingredients
- 4-5 garlic
- 2 tea spoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 100 gm Fresh Paneer
- 100 gm broccoli ๐ฅฆ
- Half - yellow bell pepper
- Half - red bell pepper
- 100 gm mushroom
- Handful of sweet corn
- One boiled egg ๐ฅ
- Black pepper powder
- Salt
- Red chili flakes
# How to go about preparing it ๐ฅ
1. Boil water in a container and put paneer pieces so that they get soft.
2. Heat ๐ฅ oil in a pan and turn it to slow Fame.
3. Crush garlic and put them in the pan.
4. Fry the garlic until they are golden brown. Let the aroma of garlic infused in the oil.
5. Put cut Broccoli ๐ฅฆ, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, mushroom, paneer and sweet corn in the pan.
6. Stir it well and close the lip.
7. Let it cook for 5mins.
8. Open the lid and put some salt and black pepper powder according to your taste. Stir it well so that salt and black pepper is mixed well. Close the lid.
9. Let it again cook for 5-7mins on slow flame ๐ฅ.
10. Stir it well and garnish it with red chili flakes and boiled egg.
